Account Deletion
OppoLab Mobile
You have the right to request deletion of your OppoLab Mobile account and the personal data associated with it. This page explains how to submit a deletion request and what happens to your data when one is processed.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account, send an email to the campaign administration team at admin@oppolab.io from the email address associated with your account. Include the following in your request:
- Your full name
- The email address registered to your account
- A statement that you are requesting account deletion
We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm deletion by reply email.
What Gets Deleted
Upon processing your deletion request, the following data associated with your account will be permanently removed:
- Your account credentials (email address and password)
- Your user profile, including your name, role, and regional assignment
- Your personally identifiable information from all field activity records
What May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained after your account is deleted for operational and legal record-keeping purposes:
- Anonymized or aggregated field activity data (with your personal identifiers removed) may be retained for campaign reporting purposes
- Records required to be kept for legal or compliance reasons may be retained for the period required by applicable law
Retained data will not contain your name, email address, or any information that directly identifies you.
Retention Period
Anonymized operational data may be retained for up to 2 years following account deletion. All personally identifiable information is deleted within 7 business days of a confirmed deletion request.
